Ever wonder why some characters implant themselves in readers' imaginations and some are forgotten? In this workshop, Jeff Ekins (The Dialogue Doctor) will help attendees understand five critical aspects of character design. Jeff Elkins is the author of 12 novels and over 100 short stories. For the past decade, for his day job he leads a team of writers who train people in difficult conversations. Jeff podcasts as The Dialogue Doctor and is the founder of the Dialogue Doctor Community. Over the past four years, he has worked one-on-one with over 300 authors to help them improve their dialogue and characterization.
