Life has a way of taking writers in unexpected directions. Join us for an energizing session with the accomplished and inspiring Louise Phipps Senft, as she shares insights on how she published a niche book that draws on her unique skills and experiences, built a successful platform, and then went beyond audio books to produce and host a podcast.

Louise Phipps Senft is a pioneer and a revolutionary in her niche field of alternative dispute resolution, which she parlayed into the best-seller, Being Relational: The Seven Ways to Quality Interaction & Lasting Change (Simon & Schuster-HCI). She is now the developer and host of the podcast, Blink of an Eye, being listened to around the world. Louise has served on the faculty of the University of Maryland Law School for 25 years and as a lecturer at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. She is also the founder of Baltimore Mediation, one of the first mediation firms in the U.S.
