About the speaker: As the president of Intrigue Publishing, Denise
Camacho has spent over 13 years navigating through the publishing
pitfalls and has finally brought Intrigue into the traditional
publisher realm. Denise spends most of her time reading new
submissions and working with the acquisitions team to find those works
that are worthy of becoming Intrigue properties. Intrigue is currently
taking submissions for crime drama, sensual romance, urban drama and
young adult.

Along with running Intrigue, Denise is very involved with helping
authors learn about publishing and marketing and how to avoid some of
the major pitfalls within the industry.
